This document defines how SlotZone evaluates and ranks online casinos on SlotZone.net using a 10-point rating system. It specifies updated weighting, dimension definitions, verification standards, and calculation rules. Version 1.1 introduces a rebalanced scoring structure emphasizing both player value and trustworthiness.

  • User Protection First. Trust & Fairness remains the highest-weighted factor to ensure verified, safe, and licensed operators.
  • Balanced Evaluation. Ratings combine legal reliability with entertainment value and promotional quality.
  • Evidence-Based Scoring. All results are based on verifiable sources: regulator data, audits, player tests, and complaint analysis.
  • Regional Relevance. Adjustments account for payment options, localization, and licensing suitability per market.
  • Transparency & Integrity. Paid partnerships do not affect core ratings; sponsorships are disclosed separately.

Each casino is rated using four weighted dimensions combined into a unified 10-point Overall Rating:

Goal: Validate legitimacy, transparency, and payout reliability.

  • Licensing & Jurisdiction (10%) – Rated 1–10 based on license legitimacy and regulatory strength. Top-tier (MGA, UKGC, Spelinspektionen) = 9–10; mid-tier (Curaçao 2.0, Anjouan) = 5–7; weak or unverifiable = 1–4. Absence = red flag.
  • Payout Reliability & Banking Integrity (15%) – Verified payout speed, transparency, and consistent KYC policies.
  • Game Integrity & Audits (15%) – Certified RNG, provably fair systems, and independent audits.
  • Terms Transparency & Player Rights (15%) – Clear, stable T&Cs with no retroactive changes.

Special Rule: Missing or misrepresented license caps Overall Rating at 2.0/10.0 or leads to delisting.

Version 1.1 changes: Licensing & Jurisdiction now weighted at 10% (was 15%), updated dimension naming (Games & Providers), and confirmed overall weighting: Trust & Fairness 40%, Games & Providers 25%, Bonuses & Promotions 25%, Customer Support 10%.
